1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Studio Mesh for design or development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services
Studio Mesh provides digital design and development services as agreed in individual project proposals or statements of work. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each project will be set out in writing prior to commencement.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued in accordance with the payment schedule agreed in each project proposal. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a statutory interest charge.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, all design and development work produced by Studio Mesh for a client project transfers to the client. Studio Mesh retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Studio Mesh's liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that project. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
